“I contacted NuSound because they were very highly ranked in the Panasonic dealer website. I made the assumption that Panasonic would not put a disreputable dealer at this level. There were some specific complexities in that I needed to port numbers and neither Verizon nor Time Warner would do that. They discovered a solution with VoIP that I was very dubious about but turns out works better and much cheaper than either phone or cable company and I kept my phone numbers. Also, I considered a hosted solution to save costs and nearly purchased that from another company. George from NuSound in a very low key way educated me about all the different aspects of that type of solution and convinced me it was not the choice for me. I am very glad of that decision because this turned out to be a complex buildout with multiple glitches(unrelated to NuSound). Every problem was solved quickly. I am very happy with the ultimate result. On another note, early in the process I priced out the phone system with three companies and NuSound was 20 per cent cheaper. Furthermore, I am sure that had I chosen a hosted solution I would be up a creek now with minimal support and I am very relieved I didn’t go that way. All in all, I rate NuSound a 10 on a scale of 1-10 for price, quality and service. If you ever have done any construction or building you know that it is very rare to have a vendor perform like this.”
