FAQ's
  1. Press Program
  2. Press option 4 Station Audible
  3. Press option 2 for Ringer Volume
  4. Use the up and down soft keys to raise or lower the volume

Call Forward All Calls
  1. Press the CFWD key or on a 12 key or 24 key phone press 565
  2. Dial the extension number which you would like your calls to be forwarded to
    Note: To forward to an external number replace step 2 with 9 plus the telephone number and # to confirm
Call Forward No Answer Calls
  1. Press 567
  2. Dial the extension number which you would like your calls to be forwarded to
  3. Press the # key
  4. Use the up or down soft keys to ENABLE or DISABLE
  5. Press the # key to confirm
    Note: To forward to an external number replace step 2 with 9 plus the telephone number and # to confirm resume instructions from step 4
Call Forward Cancel
  1. Press the CFWD or 565
  2. Press the * key
  3. If cancelling No Answer forwarding you will repeat steps 1 thru 4 and choose DISABLE
  1. Call the main office or backdoor phone number
  2. When you hear the main greeting
  3. Press * and your extension number
  4. If you have a password you will be prompted to enter your password
  1. Establish the first call once they have connected
  2. Press the Conf Key
  3. Establish the second call once they have connected
  4. Press the Conf Key
  5. You will then all be connected on the call
    Note: You can conference in one more party to establish a 4 way conference just repeat the steps above
If the main greeting picks up
  1. While the phone is idle
  2. Press and hold the button you want to program for 2 seconds
  3. If nothing is stored it will say not programmed
  4. Enter the speed dial or feature code you want to program
  5. Press the button again and it will be stored
  6. Note: Feature codes are listed below:
  • 199 or 5991 Overhead page
  • 560Manual day/night mode
  • 561 Service observing
  • 5DDD ACD agent log on/off
  • 562 ACD agent wrap
  • 563DDD ACD Administrator

  1. While the phone is idle
  2. Press the Mute/DND key
  3. The key will glow amber
  4. All calls directed to your station will go right to your voicemail
Note:Anyone with an appearance for your extension will show you are in DND by lighting the button for your extension amber
Note:If you press the Mute/DND key while your phone is ringing it will send that call directly to your voicemail box
Unsupervised Transfer:
With the caller on the line
  1. Press the Cnf/Trn Key
  2. Dial the extension number or press the DSS key
  3. At this time you can hang up
Supervised Transfer:
With the caller on the line
  1. Press the Cnf/Trn Key
  2. Dial the extension number or press the DSS key
  3. Wait for the person to pick up
  4. Announce the call
  5. If they choose to take the call hang up
  6. If they choose not to take the call press the flashing Intercom or line appearance key to return to the call. At this time you can choose to do a Voicemail Transfer
Voicemail Transfer:
With the caller on the line
  1. Press the Voicemail Transfer Key or the VMTR Key
  2. Dial the extension number or press the DSS key followed by the # sign
  1. Press the button labeled call log
  2. Use the up and down soft keys to advance through the call log
  3. The call log will log the last 25 numbers that rang your extension
  4. Pressing 2 will scroll between name and number
  5. Pressing Redial will call that number back
  6. Pressing your ESI/DEX Key will store the number in your person speed dials
  7. Pressing 7 will delete that listing
  1. Press PROGRAM Key
  2. Press HOLD Key
  3. When Prompted for password enter your admin password followed by # sign
  4. Press 6
  5. Press 2
  6. Enter Extension number followed by # sign
  7. Press 1 to record
  8. Press 1 to stop recording
  9. Press # to confirm
  10. Enter digits on key pad that match the 1st 3 letters of the first or last name
  11. Press #
  12. Enter Next Extension number or hang up to exit
From the User's Extension:
  1. Press PROGRAM
  2. Press 5
  3. If prompted for a password, use your Admin Password
  4. Press 1
  5. Enter New Password or enter 0 for no password
  6. Press # Sign
  1. Press PROGRAM
  2. Press HOLD
  3. Press 456#
  4. Press 3
  5. Press 2
  6. Enter EXT Number
  7. Type Name using keys (Press # after each letter, UP Arrow for space)
  8. Press #
  9. Hangup to Exit Programming
  10. Type Name using keys (Press # after each letter, UP Arrow for space)
  11. Press #
  12. Hangup to Exit Programming
